Created attachment 157625 [details] Error dialog showing first part of path. Is the updates.netbeans.org server having problems right now? I have been trying to install the Oracle Developer Cloud Service plugin, but I get the error "Networking problem in http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updatec/8.1/uc/final/certified/81/extra/oracle-eclipse-tools-cloud-dev-tasks.jar", which is apparently one of the plugin components, though I don't see anything Eclipse-related among the license agreements to be approved. My proxy settings are fine and my firewall is not blocking anything. I have previously downloaded this plugin with no problems. I emptied my cache and tried again with the same result. I had already checked for updates and had done one plugin update (IDE Platform) with no problem. I deleted the cache in AppData\Local\NetBeans\Cache\8.1 and also the folder AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\8.1. I also deleted .nbi, .netbeans-derby, and .odcs. The plugin reports itself as version 1.2 dated 10/23/15. However, someone else reported that the version number when they downloaded the other day was 1.5.0.1.1. I was checking to see if that would come up, but it doesn't. My only conclusion is that there's a problem on the updated.netbeans.org site. I'll attach a couple of screenshots that show the error.

could reproduce with 8.1 and trunk builds
I was just able to install the plugin, so the network problem seems to have been fixed. Marking as Resolved. Thanks for whatever you did!
