open i.e. LLVM project, make sure launcher.properties file is visible in important files.
open launcher file, close launcher file
close LLVM project, close IDE
open IDE, open LLVM project
open launcher file from important files
add launcher:
launcher1.displayName=PTH
launcher1.runCommand=ls /tmp

save file
check context menu

Expected:
Run with submenu

Observed:
Run without launcher submenu


Also not sure that copying launcher file into private is listened as well

Verified in NetBeans 8.1 with latest internal patches

Really I checked more small application.
