Shows the wording (after all features have been activated)

This is quite minor, but the Welcome Page->My Netbeans (tab) suggests "Activate Features" when all of the installed features are already activated.
Not a big deal, just a little inconsistent. Perhaps it's just the wording. Tested using:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Java: 1.8.0_72-ea; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 25.72-b02
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_72-ea-b02
System: Windows 8.1 version 6.3 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
