Scene Builder plugin exhibits very poor performance and GUI designer does not always correctly reflect code.

The Monet third-party plugin is not directly supported by Netbeans.org 
It was graciously provided by Sven Reimers, to whom I have reassigned this issue.
If I am wrong, please reassign with my apologies.
