If opening a Java project with 2 Library dependencies that are missing from NetBeans, if the project is opened quick enough, right after NetBeans startup, the Open Project:Project Problems dialog box will pop up more than once. I have seen it open 3 times.

Java: 1.8.0_51; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.51-b03
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_51-b16
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Specifically, I see the problem with a JSF project with JSF and Weld Servlet NetBeans Library dependencies that are missing.
