HI,

paused button is getting disabled when testing. This is happening when i logged into the synergy.

I think I understand the question. The "Pause" button is disabled when you paused the test assignment before and after some time you return to Synergy and click ">" button to resume your testing. Once you click "Passed", "Failed" etc. you get to another test case which already has "Pause" button enabled. I think this is as designed, because you can't pause anything which has not been started and your testing is considered as started AFTER you complete one test case and get to the next one.

I agree with Jiri. when we start the test we will have only two option pause or failed.
Here we are left with few option
1) continue with test suite.
2) report issue if there are any.
3) skip
