Full IDE build, clean userdir, the Debug menu contains Attach Debugger... item, Profile menu contains no items. Should contain Attach to External Process.

"Attach Profiler" is not available in full IDE build since NB 7.2. This is regression caused by bugfix #203519 in revision b2bca86cdb7c.
