--Use Case--

1. Install latest IDE on Windows 10 x64
2. Start the IDE, open some project
3. Open some sources, force the IDE to work :)

--Acutal--

IDE behaves correctly on the Windows 10 x64. However I observed really strange behavior of mouse pointer - in most of time it turns into the waiting mouse icon almost each second. It looks like there is some regular processing that impacts the OS. I am not sure whether it is caused by the IDE or it is some OS problem.

Technical specification of the host should also not be a problem here - Intel Core i7-4700HQ @ 2.40GHz, 16GB of RAM, SSD.

Mouse pointer calms down immidiately after the IDE is switched off.

Issue is not reproducible longer for *201508120002*.
