Just a suggestion on where to place this awesome new feature.

Some sort of progress for upload / download operations in projects with a remote connection would be very nice.

Currently there is no way of knowing roughly how long is left - short of logging in to the remote server by other means and comparing the directory structure (which wouldn't even be an option if synchronizing an existing structure).... or counting the lines as they whizz past :p

Fancy progress bars and ETA's are way overrated - but adding and updating a queue count to the status would be a lovely improvement: "Remote synchronization - 943 files queued" instead of just "Remote synchronization..."
