I have downloaded a Java SE version 201507240001 for Windows and the executable file netbeans-trunk-nightly-201507240001-javase-windows.exe is not digitally signed. Windows 8.1 refused to run it without additional confirmation, that I agree to run a software which can harm my computer.
All previous development versions were digitally signed by "Oracle America, Inc.".

Yes, we know about this. Unfortunately this weekend, the signing infrastructure is out-of-order due to some maintenance. This will be fixed on Monday. Thanks for your patience.
