When upgrading to NB 8.1 and the new JUnit, every project that uses JUnit will have the same "Hamcrest binaries missing" problem.  (I had 30+ projects.) Fixing this will require the user to click that button for each project.

Please consider adding a way to easily apply that fix to all affected projects.
