To reproduce (NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20150722-1dceb0388609)):

1) Open a New Project wizard and select HTML5/JavaScript -> HTML/JS Application with Node.js

2) Press Next and check on the "Enable Express" check-box.

3) Click on Options...  Options dialog is opened, cancel the dialog.

4) Click on Options... again. Now the Options dialog is opened under the current wizard. There's no way to proceed now, the wizard needs to be canceled.
