This Bugzilla instance is a read-only archive of historic NetBeans bug reports. To report a bug in NetBeans please follow the project's instructions for reporting issues.
This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 225479, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related. Can't reproduce. This exception may occur if host disconnected during jsch channel initialization. I removed Exceptions.printStackTrace and rethrow exception in UnixHostInfoProvider.getRemoteUserEnvironment. It's safe: exception is logged to console, method is private and the only entry point is FetchHostInfoTask.compute. FetchInfoTask will return null in that case and will let clients decide what to do.
