Scenario:
- Download http://bits.netbeans.org/download/trunk/nightly/latest/start.html?platform=windows&lang=ru&option=cpp&bits=x64 build
- Launch installer
- Install NetBeans into D:\Program Files\NetBeans Dev 201507110001
==> but a jre has been installed into C:\Program Files\NetBeans Dev 201507110001 (why?)
- Launch D:\Program Files\NetBeans Dev 201507110001\uninstall.exe and remove build
==> D:\Program Files\NetBeans Dev 201507110001 folder disappeared, but C:\Program Files\NetBeans Dev 201507110001 folder exists

P.S. I saw same problem on Linux too (/usr/local/netbeans-dev and /usr/local/netbeans-XXXXXXXX folders)
