The update of JavaScript files (in NetBeans 8.0.2) attempts to download information about all libraries on CDNJS server. Unfortunately, this approach no longer works because the CDNJS repository become too large.

The support for JavaScript libraries has been rewritten in NetBeans 8.1. This issue should no longer occur there.
