This is very annoying and not usable at all.  You should put this test to Browser window if needed.  Now testing user must close this Dialog time after time and it's ruining usability of this Karma runner :-(

I think it's not very nice to popup this dialog every time tests are run.

But you must have some warnings and/or errors in the Karma log, right? And are you saying that they are OK? Can you tell us more details about these warnings/errors and why are they OK? Can you provide exdact steps to reproduce this situation or better provide a sample project?
