Created attachment 153746 [details] Utilities hint. Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201505160001) Java: 1.8.0_45; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.45-b02 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_45-b14 System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; UTF-8; pl_PL (nb) What does the hint "Utilities" mean? And it doesn't offer any fix.
I can't find anything similar in the standard hints - and can't reproduce on a simple code snippet as well. Are you sure the hint is not provided by some extra module you've installed ?
I don't have any extra modules. The file comes from a module of a platform application. The only change I did was enabling project-specific hints in the module suite.
openide.util/src/META-INF/upgrade/Utilities.hint I guess.
Created attachment 153747 [details] Alt-Enter offers only Configure
Created attachment 153748 [details] Editor hint options When I press Ctrl+1 or Alt+Enter, IDE only offers me to configure the hint, but when I accept the hint, it only opens main Hint Options (actually it should open suite options) and doesn't select any particular hint.
Fixed in several modules - jet-main#4a6a2300f9df
