Error sequence

Whenever I create a new servlet on click finish button the window does not vanishes, and clicking on finish repeatedly leads to creation of multiple servlets with same name showing error, also servlet config is not written into deployment descriptor web.xml

Infact web.xml develops a red cross sign over it and shows invalid deployment descriptor.

on validating the web.xml file it generates fllowing error:
schema_reference: Failed to read schema document 'web-app_3_1.xsd', because 'http' access is not allowed. [6]

I've just created several servlets in a web.xml using 3.1 schema; everything works OK. Please attach your messages.log from your IDE session.
