In bugzilla, create a query that returns a large set of records e.g over 9000. Save the query. Then click modify the query. Change the criteria so that the end result will be much smaller, e.g less than 20. Click save. The results shown on issue table are the new query results but the one under saved query on the repository accordion are still the old ones. Clicking refresh on either query result editor or on the popup menu of saved query would all keep two different results. Restart netbeans, the query got correct result after refresh.
