Sounds like Java support is disabled , but I do not see anything relevant in log file ...

Java hints module(s) are disabled. The following java.hints modules are disabled:
	org.netbeans.modules.java.hints.declarative/1 
	org.netbeans.modules.java.hints.ui 
	org.netbeans.modules.java.hints/1

Please provide steps how to reproduce it, so we can find out what is going on. Thanks.
