Unless I'm missing something, there's currently no way to set the default projects folder (i.e. the property "projectsFolder" in config\Preferences\org\netbeans\modules\projectui.properties) in the user interface.

I would like an option to specify this in the user interface (most logical would be under Tools -> Options -> General) once & for all (i.e. the setting should also be migrated when upgrading NetBeans).
