Nightly build installer for C/C++ fails to install the bundled JRE probably if a newer JRE is already installed on the system and misconfigures JDK home.

It should provide an option to use an existing JRE or JDK if available instead of the bundled JRE.

Hi, thanks for report.

Please attach the nbi log - http://wiki.netbeans.org/NBIFAQ#What_information_is_needed_for_a_successful_bug_report.

You can change path to JRE in the netbeans.conf file. It's purpose, that there is no option to choose some other than bundled jre during installation.

Before installing the nightly build, NetBeans 8.0.2 and JRE/JDK 1.8.0_45 were installed. I installed NetBeans to E: as C: is almost full.

I found the bundled JRE is only accessible from the user who installed NetBeans.  It must be executable from other users, too.
