Instead of the "--close-group" command line option, add an GUI option to forget the last used project group on program termination. Specifying "--close-group" is not so easy if a user is working normally on a graphical shell, and if the last project group contains many projects, it takes a while for NetBeans IDE to start up.

It could be implemented as a global option or a project group option such as "Do not reopen this project group on next startup".
