Clicking on <Help><Online docs and support> fails with Firefox 36.0.4 browser because the link is http://www.netbeans.org/kb/index.html.
The correct site is https://netbeans.org/kb/index.html.
It seems IE corrects the need to remove "www".
Choosing <Default system browser> works if my system is using Firefox as the default.
