Got this reported from JDev: the Customize Toolbars dialog shows tooltip for the listed actions with the & char denoting a mnemonics. So e.g. for Search Results item it shows &Search Results in the tooltip.

I'm wondering what the tooltip is good for anyway. Does the user need to know here what the mnemonic of the action is? The tooltip seems just distracting. BTW no tooltip is shown if there is no mnemonic, so it looks like there is some purpose here, though not really obvious. Anyway, if the tooltip needs to be there, it should render the mnemonic correctly instead of showing the & char.
