Nothing suspicious in log file, based on the log the IDE is running at the end. Any other possibility : multi display configuration, ...  ?

Can you update to the latest update of JDK 8 and still reproduce the problem?

Any reason why you stay on 7.4 and not use the latest 8.0.2?

When the NetBeans starts and you don't see it, please take a thread dump and attach here. Thanks.
