This happened on the daily build today. Clean userdir, creating _ant_ web project with WebLogic server. I did couple of threaddumps, but those are all the same.

looks like on the way when creating the classpathinfo a fo was queried for it's owner and it happened that this owner was a maven project. Loading a maven project might take some time. 
have no idea how to reproduce such a situation. feel free to reopen in case this problem should happen again. Please provide additional info about your setup in such a case ...
