Please try following:
 - create a new AngularJSPhoneCat sample project from HTML category
 - right click on it and invoke NPM install
 - once NPM is finished, right click on SiteRoot|bower_components|angular and invoke New -> JavaScript File
 => the New File wizard contains "angular" as a project name in "Project" field, because of the package.json/bower.json inside of this folder but I think it should be "AngularJSPhoneCat"


Assigning to TomasZ because of similar issue 250334 with ProjectConvertor but please reassign if I'm wrong.

Yes, seems to be a "duplicate" of issue #250334 to me. Let Tomas evaluate it.

However the "angular" is right as the file is under "angular" project.
Probably wontfix.
