From the Projects window, select a PHP Project.
Right-click the project and choose 'Properties' (or select the project and then select File > Project Properties)
In the list of 'Categories' to the left of the Project Properties dialogue, the second item is 'Run Configuratior'.
This is a spelling mistake. It should be 'Run Configuration'

It is not a typo but on Mac, the label is somehow smaller :) I will verify that the label is correctly set up.
