I've got a Macbook Pro with Retina display and I assume the following error could be related to the display. When I create a new HTML Project, and run it with embedded webkit, it displays correctly initially, but this is very fragile and any resizing leads to the Page being displayed two times as a minified version. The view still reacts to selection. Since it happens very often the embedded Webkit Browser is useless like this.

I've attached a screenshot for clarification.

I also get the black screen bug [236961] when running on JDK 8, so maybe it's also related to that.

Maxnitribitt, can you verify the problem is fixed in JDK 8u40+?

Closing wontfix on our side.

yes, the problem doesn't occur anymore with 8_u40
