Despite the existing working model implying an already existing working copy Import could be very useful especially for new users. Moreover it's good to have Import to be aligned with local subversion support provided by Netbeans.

Integrated into 'main-silver', will be available in build *201502242039* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
