NetBeans IDE 8.0.1 

Steps to reproduce:
- Create an empty file with .nps extention
- Open it using NetBean main menu (File > Open File...)
- Two error messages are reported (see attached screenshots)

I suppose a single message is enough

Already fixed in recent devbuilds.
