I found this ticket: https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=203359 for this, it's now very detailed. I would like to give you my impressions on that. Microsoft goes the way to make things open source like the new nice .NET compiler called roslyn. So maybe we can find a M$ developer who can help(?). Yeah there are MonoDevelop and SharpDevelop and those IDE's only created for this but for Netbeans we have: Java, Maven, Mobile, Ruby, Pyhton, Perl, JS + HTML5 + CSS, Node, PHP and so on and for this, it would be very nice, if we can have C# as a new plugin/module/whatever inside netbeans. C# has a couple of things, which should be similar to Java, so maybe someone can reuse code of this(?). Than for C# we can have WinForm builder, console applications, wpf, asp.net mvc, WebApi and so on. Yes this would be a big project and these things are only my impressions for this. Regards Chris
No plans for that
I'm working on it. Will take a long time maybe ^^.
Seems that I have to work faster on the implementation :D. http://blog.jetbrains.com/dotnet/2016/01/13/project-rider-a-csharp-ide/ I don't think that I can finished it earlier than JetBrains.
