- update "groovy" 
  now = "groovy:Groovy and Grails support"
  new = "groovy:Groovy, Gradle, Grails support" : include "gradle"  Groovy with Maven is OK.  Supporting the Groovy native build tool "gradle" would be great.  Support in 8.0.2 is OK however does not support code completion.  Nightly builds have zeror support and manual download / install of the plugin fails.

- Add a new "lang-scala" bug project to match ruby and groovy
  include Scala and the SBT build tool

- ensure plugins are on NB plugin repository
