Please consider e.g. JavaWeb project, if you check JavaScript Files in project properties, it shows default location set to js/libs Could this panel also show below the path input field a small label with "resolved" path (I don't know if relative or absolute), e.g. Libraries will be saved to web/js/libs The reason is that in Java Web project, the displayed path is relative to "web" folder, not project folder which could be a bit surprising. Similar problem is with PHP project, if PHP project has only Sources, it downloads libraries to Sources folder. If project has Web root specified, it (as with JavaWeb) again goes to [web root]/js/libs but displayed is again only "js/libs" Thank you Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build web-main-1606-on-20141128) Java: 1.7.0_71; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 24.71-b01 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_71-b14 System: Linux version 3.13.0-35-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)
Taking over.
Info label added. Feel free to reopen if you insist on the "resolved" path. Thanks. http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/839ee7af921e
