Design Mode Issues

Steps to reproduce:
1) Switch your IDE Look and Feel to Dark Metal (Options, Appearance, Look and Feel, choose Dark Metal in the drop down list)
2) Restart IDE
3) Create new "NetBeans Platform Application" project
4) Create a NetBeans module
5) Create a new Window in the module
6) Switch to Design mode (GuiBuilder)
You will see that color in the Matisse designer are completely different from the theme settings.

The same issue in 8.0.2 version.
