Can you provide the steps to reproduce (including possible plugin installations)? The code in org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.sun.ide.j2ee.ModuleConfigurationImpl does not seem to be modified since 2011 and there is no such call afaik.

In the list of your plugins there is a org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.sun.appsrv81/1 [1.11.0.1 1 201002152000] though. This seems to be really outdated (look like NB 6.9 version of the plugin).
