.) Open picture (eg. jpg)
.) use mouse wheel

Actual:
On every other file the mouse wheel results in a scroll down/up action. Only for pictures, it results in a zooms in/out action

Expected:
Scroll up/down

It makes more sense to use Strg + mousewheel for zooming in/out
