Description:
============
"Apply Patch" action always throws localized
exception that the patch is not applicable. Please
take a look at the patch and patched file.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem and change some
[Up-to-date] file.
2. "CVS|Diff Textual" it and save the output to file.
3. Delete the file and "Update" it back.
4. Invoke "Tools|Apply Patch"and point to the patch. 
5. Push "Patch" button and the exception is thrown.

Might be caused by different line endings on Windows.
Starting to work on it...

Verified in development build #200206190100 of NetBeans 3.4.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
