Add support for IBM WAS Liberty Profile.

Hi Netbeans Team,

Would be fantastic if Netbeans could add support for Liberty Profile.

Liberty is inspired by Tomcat and sports the same ease of use, fast startup time and fast redeployment cycle. Unlike WAS, Liberty is developer friendly and our company is busy switching to Liberty for development mode, but still deploying to WAS in production.
