Currently, the "Editor TODO Highlighting" plugin is only available in the development versions of NetBeans. It's a very simple plugin, but I find it useful. It would be nice if it were also available in the release version of NB so I could use it at work as well.

To be clear, I don't want the plugin installed by default, but rather that it be available to be installed from the Update Center.

The Plugin doesn't exist anymore, right? I couldn't find it :/

It does, but it's only available for the nightly builds of NetBeans for some bizarre reason. Hence the issue.

I thought it was a 3rd party plugin. Strange. Is it possible to bring it back to the core, as a patch for example?

Took a bit of searching, but it can be downloaded manually here, then installed via plugin manager
