The spec for 3.4 suggested that the breakpoint component should have been automatically 
opened when a breakpoint was added with the New Breakpoint dialog (see 
http://ui.netbeans.org/docs/hi/debugger3.4/overview/index.html#auto-open ).  This doesn't 
happen.

This is not in current UI spec

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
