Commit message box taking up too much visual space.

When reviewing the list of changed files I generally increase the size of the commit window.

This makes the commit message section take up most of the commit window.

Could the commit message box / section of the commit window be made to allow resizing? 

This would allow more visual space for reviewing the list of changed files below and diff'ing the changes easily.
