Please try following:
 - create a new HTML5 sample project Responsive rabbits
 - add line breakpoint to loadWelcome.js:9
 - run the project in Chrome for Android

=> debugger does not stop on line 9, it does if I reload the page in Chrome or save it in IDE to cause refresh. The problem happens only if you run project, maybe some racing issue
