IDE view at the end of the test.

When executing the PHP test specification "PHP Debugging", on the "Show requested URLs" step, there is no window showing URLs, as expected on this test.

Also, the "PHP Debugger Console" window does not appear too, as expected described at "Show debugger console" test case.

IT works for me in the current dev build. These outputs can be found in the Output window - open it using Window > Output.
