Compares the icons 8.0.1 to 8.0

Followup to https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=225049

ACTUAL: 
files with a JForm/JPanel as toplevel class are shown using standard icons in the project tree

EXPECTED:
files with a JForm/JPanel as toplevel class are shown using an icon which tells the user that the file will be opened in the gui builder (like in 7.x, 8.0)
