It would be nice to have a way to group all related aspects of a task, instead of just being able to view files by directory location.  
For example on a web project:
Currently I'd have to go find the model, find the view, hunt down related ajax files and js files in addition to all classes being used.
It would be nice if there was a way you could combine all related files needed for one task (for example; editing a user, adding a user) into one shortcut location or folder.  I tried this with favorites but I can't find an easy way to do it.
