Test case testPlatformWithAbsolutePath in org.netbeans.upgrade.launcher.PlatformWithAbsolutePathTest fails with "Unrecognized VM option" error when run with JDK9.

Error message is the following
Unrecognized VM option 'MaxPermSize=256m'
