I won't be able to reproduce this so far; this shouldn't affect user much since 1) occurs quite rare, 2) pressing "cancel" and relaunching last action helps.

It is a strange thing. Every day on QA test machines we launch more then 10 remote/full_remote/desktop_destribution jobs and I don't see any hangs for a latest weeks.
