After I use the "Refactor", "Instert Code"  or "Fix code" commands the javadoc comments for the currently edited class are removed. 
This behaviour does not occur all the time (and not really reproducable) but very often.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0 (Build 201403101706)
Operating System = Linux version 2.6.32-431.11.2.el6.x86_64 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.0-b70

Fixed by general support implemented as part of issue #239487 and isssue #245348
